2. Delivery

   • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Product Images

   • Images shown on the website are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in decoration or color while maintaining the same quality and taste.

4. Customization

   • Customized cakes cannot be changed or cancelled once preparation has started.

5. Pricing

   • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Quality

   • We use fresh ingredients and maintain high hygiene standards.

7. Liability

   • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.

Return & Refund Policy

Perishable Products

Since bakery products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product damaged during delivery

• Product missing from the order

• Product spoiled upon delivery

Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be given if:

• Customer changes their mind after delivery.

• Wrong address or phone number is provided.

• Customer is unavailable at the delivery location.

• Minor design variations in customized cakes.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled up to 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

• Customized cake orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
